BEFORE THE DAY

SHOOT LONDON WAS B...B...B... BRILLIANT!

The weather was sunny, a big relief after the rain we had had all week.

66 teams battled it out for prizes and as usual they did not stop at anything to get that winning shot.

The photos are TRULY fantastic and it was really great to see teams participate who had also taken part in the 2006 Shoot London event.

Tate Modern very kindly provided us with the two best rooms (in our opinion) for the day - the Starr Auditorium for the briefing, slide show and awards ceremony and the East Room for the drinks party during judging - the most easterly glass-walled room on the top floor with views that are second to none!

We modeled our new t-shirts for the first time - take a look!

The theme of WATER was explored in 2007 by participants in Toronto, London, Liverpool and Bath.

The exhibitions in each city included a selection of images from all events producing an exciting body of work showing at once the multiplicity and commonality of the human race.
