Shoot Nations 2009 is now OPEN!!!
The theme for this year’s competition is
‘GROWING UP IN THE 21st CENTURY’, and is available in FIVE languages...
This year we want people to look at the world around them and think about their place in it, along with any limitations, advantages and opportunities that come with being born male
or female.
Take 3 photographs, draw 3 pictures or submit 3 graphic designs that capture the following:
1. Because I am a Girl / Because I am a Boy (pick one)
2. What's holding me back?
3. What could I be?
This global photography competition is open to all young people aged 11 to 25 and is FREE to enter.
Join young people from all religions, cultures and countries and use photography to share your passions and frustrations with us and the rest of the world.
The best entrants will be in with the chance to have their photos exhibited at the UN Secretariat building in New York City as part of International Youth Day!
